I love writting.
I love words.
Yet here, i wrote so little, my wonderful 2018 seems so small.
That is how difficult a commitment it.
Just really saying.
Lets rock it!

Then you should know these 4 stages of happiness.
1. Anticipate the event (of happiness)
2. Savor it as it folds
3. Express the feeling( of happy)
4. Recall the memories.
Recalling happy memories proven to inject the today's happy feelings.
And happy people tend to recall even more happy memories.
Stay in happy mode, stay in positive vibe.
Obviously you ve heard the saying " fake it till you make it".
Here is another way to see it.
You act the way you want feel it.
To be respected, you should learn how to respect.
To be heard, you should know how to listen.
To be happy , you should make others feel happy around you.
(Or in another note, happiness is contagious)
Tips: hugs cheer us up. So when one feels down, hug them.( when u feel down hug ur love ones)
Because actions matter.
